We have been using Simon Hayward to look after all our computing needs since 1998 – when we first entered the technological age.

Simon’s services started with advising us on our first IT system that consisted of half a dozen computers and a single server to run our entire company from. Since that time, Simon and Michael Lee have personally grown our computer systems to cater for our current network consisting of 80+ users spread across multiple sites with a whole multitude of industry specific applications.

In addition to this, Simon and Michael provide all the support and services needed for our dozen ‘internationally roaming’ staff. We do not employ an IT Manager and as such we rely solely on Fresh Dynamics for all our IT needs whether it’s our daily onsite IT support, or their project services accommodating server upgrades, computer rollouts, countless integration services supporting our acquisitions, office moves, our Internet and Voice requirements and so on.

We find the level of service delivered by Fresh Dynamics to be outstanding. They always go the extra mile and nothing is too hard for them. They are attentive to all our needs in a very timely fashion and I can strongly recommend them to anyone them in the highest regards.
