
Our most common method of delivering IT support is via our onsite service. Regardless if you are using us on an as needed or regular agreement basis, our IT Professionals will come to your office to resolve any IT problems that you or your staff are having.
We support all areas of IT infrastructure hardware including servers, backups, modems, routers, workstations, notebooks, printers, scanners, etc. We are also skilled in resolving numerous software problems you may be having with your applications whether they are a ‘well known’ product such as Microsoft or not.
Commonly when we are onsite our clients will grab our IT Professionals as they walk past to fix that annoying error on their screen, talk to them about that scanner/printer they are looking at purchasing and ask them about that program that is giving them grief.
